We just got HD locals from D* this week. Locals are coming in on my HR21-100 HDDVR, but not on my two H23-600 HD receivers. Actually I do get audio and a "Multiswitch problem" message on the H23s. Anyone got any advice?

D* said they would come and reallign my dish. Not sure realligning is an issue. I haven't looked at my connections at the dish since I didn't not do the install, but I assume they are all 4 the same. I did not have locals in the past from D* so I do not have a seperate dish for that. I have a Slimline type.

If the internal B-Band coverters are not working correctly are the locals the only MPEG4 HD channels that won't work correctly? I have had this install since mid August and everything else is working, I believe.

The H23's don't have internal BBC's, they have wide band tuners that can see the full range available from the dish. The fact you get sound doesn't sound like a signal issue either. Try going onto Directv's website and send down the activation code to your receivers or call Directv and insist they do it.

That may or may not help, but won't hurt.
