My father had a stroke a few years back, to make a short story he needs help with his remotes all the time. I need help curing this as I need to find a remote with the following:

- big buttons
- less is more as far as button count.
- supports comcast cable tv box, and tv volume
- lighted buttons
- final would be great if it controls the DVD player as well.

Any suggestions would be great, remember he's had a stroke it must be as simple as possible but still able to support the needed items. So has anyone seen any special big button remotes that they could suggest?

I dont know what you want to spend, but you could go with a touchscreen like a URC MX-3000 or Nevo S70 and just design it with very large high contrast buttons.

I have a client with MS and he has URC TX-1000 for his TV's. They work ok for the mot part with his tremors. First page has 10 favorites and record function, and direct access on page 2. Hard buttons for DVD control and Volume.
