Hi all,

I am hoping that a shiny new Pro-111FD will be in my near future, and I need to come up with a stand/mount solution. My current setup is in the corner of a room, and that is unlikely to change. So, working with that limitation, I saw something somewhat intriguing in a Best Buy ad. This Bello WVC-8848 unit:

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8012722&st=Bello&type=product&id=1156203389505

I cannot find any reference to this particular unit on the Bello site, or even much in the way of corner-friendly stands. Ideally, I'd like something in a wood-grain look, rather than black, but this might do.

On Bello's site, I see that they sell the PP-59B floor stand:

http://www.bello.com/index.php?partition=show_product&prod_id=186&categ_id=58

It would appear that this is meant to be paired with one of their other units, but presumably it would work with something from another company as well.

So, first off, is anyone using one of these stands with a 50" Pioneer plasma? Is there any reason that this wouldn't work? Has anyone got any ideas/recommendations of other brands/models to consider that are similar in concept or purpose?

I have considered a cantilever mount on one wall if need be, but that seems somewhat less than elegant, and I would not feel comfortable mounting it myself as I have a very old house with plaster and lathe, which has proven very frustrating many times in locating studs properly, etc. So, there would be the added expense of having someone else do the install.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks, in advance.

Bump. Nobody has tried out one of these Bello stands?
