My Xbox 360 turns on/off 2 times during an activity power up. Any ideas?

Delete your 360 activity and delete your 360 device and start over. It shouldn't be doing that and just starting from scratch is probably easier in the long run than troubleshooting.

agree with bryan... most issues along this line are setup related, and it's a LOT easier just to start over...
