Well I just got my blu-ray drive and I installed cyberlink powerdvd blu-ray version that ships with the drive, version 7.3. I updated the software and I'm trying to play pirates of the caribbean and for the most part it plays well. But every 30 seconds or so I'll get "static" in the sound and its pretty annoying.

I couldn't find someone with a similar issue, anything I can do? I'm on a macbook pro running windows under bootcamp.

my cpu usage while the movie plays is at around 10-15% so it can't be a problem with not having enough power. At least I wouldn't think.
