I just hooked up my Xbox to a Panasonic projector and tried Rock Band 2 through a componet video connection. As I play it, the screen, every so often will jitter back and forth. It's like the projector is trying to readjust. I played Gears of War 2 and this problem did not occur as well with movies. Any guesses?

I've got a Denon 3808 on the way. I'm wondering if running the Xbox through its HDMI will fix the problem.
