I had pretty bad color uniformity on my AX200 so I decided to check the polarizers and sure enough one of them (red maybe) had dust all over it. I cleaned all three and put it back together. The color is better now but still not perfect (bottom is redish top is blueish) but the biggest problem is now about 8" of the right side is uniformly blue tinted from top to bottom. Usually you can't even see it but certain times like a white background it is very noticeable. It's the worst in game mode and diminishes slightly in cinema 1.

I've since taken the projector apart 6 or 7 more times and inspected everything and tried moving the blue polarizer back and forth but nothing works. Does anyone have some ideas I could try?

Not good if it is a trend. Does it look like the same issue here?

Hard to say. It's definitely not even close to that bad and the blue area is a uniform straight line from top to bottom on the very right of the screen about 6-9" wide. It still shows all colors in that area it just has a blue tinge so a white background looks blue but some other colors just look a little darker or bluer in that area.

I thought something wasn't aligned correct like a filter wasn't covering the very right of the image but I've tried moving around most things (mostly the blue polarizer) and it doesn't change.
