Guys,

I want to go see Quantum of Solace in the theater but was hoping I could see the movie in a DCI Cinema. Is there any way I can find out if there is one near me????

QOS seems to be a SONY release. It could be 4k, look up cinealta 4k theaters.

Well, if you are in Chicago, then Rosemont makes sense. I love going to those theaters anytime a good movie comes out...seeing Quantum of Solace there Sunday. I love that nobody under 18 is in the theater. Muvico does a nice job with the picture and sound.

Hell yeah big dog. I think I'm going to go see it in Rosemont. That place looks WICKED cool. Plus I can drink alcohol AND have some STEAK! :)

I picked up the Bonds today. Taking a break from Die Another Day for a cig. Dude, the SOUND in this movie. HOLY CRAP! :eek:

Thanks for the post. Looks like AMC has installed 12 screens with the Sony 4K in my neck of the woods. I had thought every d-cinema around here used a Christie. Time to go check it out :)

TI provides http://www.dlp.com/cinema/default.aspx with "Find a DLP Cinema® theater" search options. Note that they don't seem to be keeping up the showtime data for all theaters, except perhaps for all-DLP locations.

Good luck Cliff. If it is a 4K "print", it is awesome at a 4K theater. The theater below is my local theater (about 4 miles from my house) and I WILL NOT EVER set foot in a film-based theater again!
