I have an onkyo 606 and an explorer 8300HD. The onk remote is already programmed to work with the DVR.

How do I get to the list of recorded programs in my DVR using the Onkyo 606 remote.
Also is there any way of controlling a PS3 via the HDMI anynet or otherwise using the onkyo 606 remote/receiver ?

The following works with my Brighthouse 8300HD box running the Mystro software. Your cable provider may use Passport, Sara, or something else where the menus are different.

1. Press the Movie/TV button (leftmost white button among the four listening mode buttons) to bring up the "Access Menu".

2. Up arrow one time to the "DVR Show List" menu item and press Select to see recorded shows list.
