I am hoping you can help me.

I need a camcorder that will record to a media that I can deliver to an editor (not HD MiniDV but SDHC) and us as a webcam to stream to ustream.tv at the same time using the DV (ieee) port.
I am looking at a Canon vr930 or HV30..

I am recording interviews and streaming them live at the same time using ustream or something similar.

someone suggested http://orangeware.com/. anyone use this succefully on a flash memory or HD based camera?
