I recently bought the HG20 and installed the 2 discs onto my pc (vista-32bit) and the computer cannot find the camera after I plug it into the USB port. Has anyone else had problems with this?

Mike... did you enter your camcorder's unique serial number/enter it into the Pixela software program and activate it over the internet?

If not, that's required.

It didn't work for me the first couple of times, because I didn't enter the camcorder's serial number correctly.
