Please bear with me on this, I truely am interested in the facts behind this and not trying to start anything political.

So I was watching Barack Obama's 60 Minutes interview and during a sentence by the interviewer, I thought I saw something flicker. I went back to my DVR recording and used the Pause button to go "frame by frame" (not sure if this is even frame by frame but you get it), and in the recording, there is one "frame" of the following:

black screen with the words:

Canon
Image Anywhere

This is big and centered in the middle of the screen in the font used for advertising Canon.

So my big question is where did this frame come from? What are the possibilities for where it could come from?

1. Could it come from device interference (although I have no Canon cameras nor anything like that near/connected to TV)?

2. Did it more likely come from my cable provider or the feed being sent to my cable provider?

If anyone could shed some light on this and provide a good explanation. I just have not seen something like this before, granted I have only had my new HDTV for about a month, but I just am not familiar with this happening before.

Thanks!
