Just bought a new house and I am replacing an inwall light dimmer with a Monster Illuminessence remote controlled one. It will be blocked by my entertainment system. I'm having problems, though. When I wire it up, the lights that it controls stay on. I am not able to turn them off no matter what I do until I unhook it from the wires. If you have Illuminessence gear or something similar I would really appreciate a walkthrough. Thanks.

It sounds like it's an electrical wiring issue and you'd be best calling a licensed electrician. How many wires are in the box? Is the switch in a series with other lights? Are you confident that you've identified the proper leads?
