Is there any way to stream more than one internet stream at a time? It looks like it blocks at #2 for XM (Sirius seems to allow two or three at the same time on the same account).

I have a media distribution system, but need 2 or 3 concurrent XM streams on my system, from the same account.

I'll pay extra for it. Is this possible?

It is per radio ID. If you have a family plan then you can set up an account for each user and that would give you multiple streams. Maybe you could use your DirecTV to stream its XM feed?
