Just got a Sony 46 XBR6 yesterday. Hooked it up and it seems to work great except for some very faint vertical lines showing up in the nuetral colored areas. The lines are slightly slanted to the right. I don't have it hooked up to an HD Sattelite box yet, just a regular digital DVR box. Does anyone know if they will disappear when I get the HD box hooked up?
Thanks for any info.

Thanks for any info.It would be really helpful if you'd tell us what kind of cable connection you're using between the regular digital DVR and the TV.
It is possible that the interference is being introduced by your regular DVR, or it could be something simple like crappy cables or the way you have the DVR connected to the TV. Try different cables and/or a different type of connection (like S-Video or yellow Composite Video).
Also, try connecting the TV's RF input to an antenna and see if you can pull in the local digital broadcast channels and look to see if you still get the faint vertical lines.
