My lcd IR is conflicting with my others devices.

Devices:
Philips LCD 47PFL3603
Onkyo 7.1 5100
Satellite Receiver
(they are close to each other)

Every time I press a button of any remote, tv IR blinks, the remotes doesn't work, only sometimes, if my TV is off they work great.

I bought yesterday an Harmony 890, using it in IR mode does the same (sometimes work, sometimes not), today I would try the RF extender to see what happen.

Any ideas? Thanks
