you need to contact the vizio parts department. their number is 877-698-4946 option 7 i believe.

I did call them, I was always told you couldn't get Vizio parts Out Of Warranty, so i never even tried before, but some girl picked up she sounded like she was 15, but she knew ALOT about the TV recommened a part, and shipped it--it works great now.
