Hi.
Have recently hooked up a s350 bluray player to a 37" px80. But I am finding that the 720/60 output is sharper and has better detail than the 1080/24 out. Have tried multiple Disks and other peoples opinions including better cables and the same conclusion- better resolution at 720p.
This is real confusing as there shouldn't be a difference, but there is. Any Ideas why?
The only thing I can think of is that the Sony does a better job converting a 1080 bluray down to 720 than the Px when given a 1080input
