I have an external HD decoder for my provisioned DCP-501 which I have access to playback all premium HD channels. However, when I try to playback On Demand in HD, it doesnt even let me go into PLAY mode to even give the external decoder a chance to play the stream, i just get the error:

Request failed. please try again. If problem continues please call 1-800-comcast. reference (err-13) when calling

Is this something they need to fix on their end? I never had this problem with any of my DCT boxes.
