I currently have the Sammy LN52A650 and was looking at the sales from BB. The models I am looking at are the Plasma Sammy PN50A650 and Panasonic TH-50PZ85U. I noticed a difference from the sammy and panasonic in the Hz section in which the panny has more which is 480Hz and my current tv which is 120Hz LCD. Is there any difference in the two? Im looking at these models since they are in the same price range. The feature on my current sammy which is the 120Hz when turned to high gives a 3D affect and looks blurred on some games/shows. I bought the Sammy LCD for this reason alone over the plasmas and because the BB salesman informed me that the LCD would last longer (LCD-15yrs-Plasma-8yrs). I watch alot of HD programs for sports and play a lot of games on my PS3. I will admit when the 120Hz is turned on the picture is really clear and sharp. Would the plasma's I asked about have the same PQ as the LCD with 120Hz turnded on?
