I have a lcd samsung hdtv and I dont know what some of the settings mean. So I am here to ask you what are the best possible settings are to choose from! =)
Oh and its a playstation 3

Just tell me which one to choose from the following:

BD/DVD Cinema Conversion:
Automatic
Video

BD/DVD Upscaler:
off
Double Scale
Normal
Full screen

BD/DVD Video Output Format (HDMI):
Automatic
RGB
Y Pb/Cb/Cr

BD 1080p 24 Hz Output (HDMI):
Automatic
Off
On

BD/DVD Audio Output Format (HDMI):
Bitstream
Linear PCM

BD Audio Output Format (Optical Digital):
Bitstream
Linear PCM

Sequential Playback:
Off
On

This is covered quite a bit in the PS3 forum, but here are some starters. If you have a test disc like DVE BD or something similar, you can verify these some with that.

BD/DVD Cinema Conversion:
Automatic This will output video or film depending on the source.
Video

BD/DVD Upscaler:
off
Double Scale
Normal This will upscale regular DVDs to the resolution you have the PS3 set to. (ie 1080p)
Full screen

BD/DVD Video Output Format (HDMI):
Automatic
RGB
Y Pb/Cb/Cr This is typical video format for most TVs. You can go with Auto for this and you will be ok.

BD 1080p 24 Hz Output (HDMI):
Automatic If your TV supports 1080/24, then set this to Auto and any BD that is 1080/24 will display that way on your TV. If it does not support 1080/24, then set it to Off.
Off
On

BD/DVD Audio Output Format (HDMI): If you are running the PS3 through a receiver that supports PCM then choose Linear PCM. If you are running straight to the TV, choose Bitstream.

BD Audio Output Format (Optical Digital):
Bitstream
Linear PCM

Sequential Playback: Can't remember for sure what this one does or how I have it set. Take a look at the manual on this one, but this one shouldn't affect video or audio quality.
