I have 10+ years old VHS that I need to convert to DVD. Have a DVD player. What other equipment do I need? Thank you.

You need a VCR and a DVD recorder. IF these are store-bought movies, you will need separate units and a black box to go between and remove the copy protection. (Macrovision). If these are home movies or the like, a single VHS/DVD recorder unit will do well.

For a all in one unit here's a relatively cheap recorder.

It's not a Panasonic but at $150 it's almost 1/2 the price. I believe RCAs are made by Funia who make most of the lower priced DVDRs.
The Panasonic EZ-48 combo goes for between $250 and $300 new.
Check the DVD Recorders forum for more info.
