On the heels of the highly successful Black Friday sale for US Members, I am happy to announce the Marketplace ‘Holiday Deal Of The Week’ which will run through December.

The program kicks off tomorrow with a deal on the Halo 3 Legendary Map Pack. Originally priced at 600 points, it will go on sale tomorrow for 400 points for Gold Members in ALL Xbox LIVE regions. That is a savings of 33% (200 points.)
The special pricing will be available after 0900 PT for one week.

Hopefully, they'll keep including some high profile downloads. Their holiday offering wasn't as good as I'd hope, Rez being the exception.

Yep, pretty much stop paying attention to these Xbox Live "sales" after the Black Friday one. Wasn't exactly a black friday sale and I'm sure the boxing day sale won't exactly be a boxing day sale either.

Same here. How about a 'sale' on content that's not months old?

Totally, they are just taking crap that's not moving and reducing it from overpriced to what it should cost. That ain't no sale.

I jumped on the golf game & the bouncing bunnies title for the thanksgiving sale. Heck, 500 for an arcade game isn't too bad. The golf game is pretty top notch especially for $6 -- the other, well it's not my style but others in the house like those color matching puzzle games.
