Martez 12-02-08, 02:12 PM My house. :D frank_f 12-02-08, 02:42 PM You can buy new ones on Amazon. But it will cost about $700. I wish I would have jumped on the Costco bundles for $400 two months ago when I was looking. I could have turned around and sold them on ebay and made some money. Better than the stock market. MaxDam77 12-02-08, 02:46 PM Amazon only has the 40GB version left. Well there are the third party sellers selling the 80GB bundle at more the $600. Crazy sobs lol. You can still try Ebay, but I don't like purchasing stuff there. Martez 12-02-08, 02:50 PM You might have luck at a rural-ish Walmart. frank_f 12-02-08, 02:50 PM I've moved on from ebay. I used to be a die-hard ebayer. But I got sick of the BS from sellers, and getting scammed with knock off crap from China and Hong Kong. So I moved over to Amazon. Now I never buy from ebay, unless I'm looking for something used. Only Amazon for new stuff for me. Ebay used to be #1, but Amazon is now starting to eat them for lunch. frank_f 12-02-08, 03:06 PM You might have luck at a rural-ish Walmart. Maybe Amish Country in Pennsylvania? Martez 12-02-08, 03:09 PM Maybe Amish Country in Pennsylvania? Maybe! Martez 12-02-08, 03:29 PM Oh, and I second the craigslist thing. I just checked in my area and there is a 60gig and two 80gigs for sale. Lord_Zath 12-02-08, 04:13 PM sears.com had some apparently last weekend. You could try that site... funsocaltiger 12-02-08, 05:21 PM I'll sell you mine so I can buy a 160GB since, apparently, I don't want to play PS2 games afterall.... =P cooper1010 12-02-08, 07:36 PM i was in my local blockbuster tonight and they had a 60 gig, an 80 gig, and the new 160 gig bundle. 60 was $450, i think, 80 was $400. check your blockbusters. Lord_Zath 12-04-08, 02:33 PM Apparently, Amazon has some. http://www.amazon.com/o/ASIN/B0014WJ78E?tag=blurayforum-20 Martez 12-04-08, 02:41 PM Apparently, Amazon has some. http://www.amazon.com/o/ASIN/B0014WJ78E?tag=blurayforum-20 http://zulfiqar.typepad.com/photos/uncategorized/neo_whoa_1.jpg scarycall 12-04-08, 07:51 PM Hard drive size is irrelevant. My PS3 has a 500 Gig drive chilling inside. http://c1.neweggimages.com/ProductImageCompressAll200/22-136-314-01.jpgWD Scorpio (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136314) all that lovin' for $115 bucks. turbe 12-04-08, 10:40 PM I got one on that first day at Wally's.. I'm curious, why are these particular bundles still in demand (I see that 160GB Bundle is out)? I even sold the game on eBay. EDIT: I see, it looks like the 160GB bundle doesn't have 4 USB, Memory Card Slots or PS2 compatibility... frank_f 12-05-08, 12:15 AM They were the last model with backwards compatiblity. |
