Just saw on another board that VIZIO is offering a new service to text people when their models go on sale at any stores. It sounded like they were also going to send alerts when new products were released too.

You text Vizio to 67463. It sends you a message pretty much immediately.

Hopefully I'll hear about the VF550XVT1A soon, either way it sounds helpful to me.
