I purchased a Panamax conditioner/surge protector and am installing it in my rack on a side wall. I would like to hook my projector into it as well as my powered sub which will be in the front corner. My original plan didn't include a unit like the Panamax and was to have a wired outlet in the ceiling for the projector and my sub plugged into a wall outlet. My theater is framed only at this point so I have options now but for anyone using a similar setup how did you get your devices all plugged into a rack mount unit? Or are you only using in for the equipment in the rack? Or does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!!

I have 2 outlets in my theater that are tied to a seperate 20 amp circuit - 1 in the ceiling for the projector and 1 in each corner up front for dual sub placement. There is another outlet on this circuit in my equipment closet. My power conditioner plugs into this and then my equipment into the power conditioner.

Bottom line is you run your electrical circuit for the projector to the equipment room and power it with a power inlet receptacle that is plugged into your power conditioner.
