I've had a problem arise this week and I'm wondering if it could be due to this crappy box. When watching a news or sports channel I can only see the top of the ticker at the bottom of the screen and only 1/3 of the sidebar plus my picture is lousy. Its like the aspect ratio is wrong. Changing my screen format doesn't help and I've checked the zoom ratio. Reset the box numerous times with no change. The local FIOS co says they'r not having problems with anything and if I'm watching a DVD everything looks OK. Has anybody run into anything like this. Just hoping for some input before I demand a new box?

ETA Never mind. I discovered that the remotes # key has format changes "Normal,Stretch,Zoom 1-2" and I'd accidentally set it to Zoom. I've used this remote for a year 1/2 and thats a 1st. :o
