This is my first flat screen TV. Got a tip from a review on amazon that great tweeking tips could be gotten here from the pros. Out of the box it looks good to me, but is there something I can do to get the best it has to offer by some adjusting? I will be ordering an HD converter from DirecTV soon, beyond that no games will be played. Maybe a blueray player in the future.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Get the Blu-ray player now, and the HD calibration disc "Digital Video Essentials" in the Blu-ray version. There are BD players for less than $200 now. You can tweak your own display to improve PQ.

I have the LN52A650 in my bedroom. Admittedly, I haven't felt the need to calibrate it yet.
