Hello-

I am having problems with a new wireless keyboard/mouse setup I purchased on Black Friday. The model is a logitech EX100, and it is a wireless USB Keyboard setup. I read somewhere that if your keyboard/mouse units come with a setup CD, then they're not compatible with the PS3. Of course my units come with a CD. I have plugged in the receiver to the front of the PS3 w/USB and pressed the "connect" button on both the USB receiver and the keyboard and mouse, but no luck....is there a setting where you turn on the keyboard on the main PS3 menu or something? Any suggestions?

Thanks so much!

Background: I did put batteries in each unit, but I have not tried them on another computer to see if they actually work, although they're brand new so I don't see that being an issue.

I know you don't want to hear this, but the solution is to exchange your KB for a Blutooth setup. They work flawlessly, and there is no setup involved.

try the kb/m on a pc to see if its not faulty hardware.
