Does anybody have an idea what the best picture settings are for the 14" RCA 14F514T flat-screen CRT?

A good general starting point is center of range on all picture settings (color,hue/tint,contrast/picture, brightness/black level, sharpness. Then,usually the contrast/picture needs lowering.
