what's the best inwall speaker wire to use?
monoprice?

I'm looking for about 150 feet.
I would like it to be 4 wires because I bi-amp my speakers so maybe 14/4 or is 16/4 ok? Max runs at 36 feet.

I've noticed some 2 wire is twisted to help on noise, is this really beneficial because I haven't come across any 4 gang wire that says it's twisted for noise properties.

Yup, monoprice is by far the best bang for the buck.

I bought my cables from impactacoustics.com. Their sevice was excellent and their product is everything they say it is. Not as cheap as monoprice...

I got my speaker wire though partsexpress.com. All other cables came from Monoprice.com

I just checked what I paid from impactacoustics. I paid almost twice to proce from monoprice. I am very happy with what I bought and it was much cheaper than anything else I found at the time. But monoprice blew the price away!

I will start to by from them.
