Are any other TW markets seeing the same issues we have in Cincinnati? For the first few months after switching my SA8300 and SA8350HDC to Navigator, the On-Demand service was working reasonably well. However for the last few months, the On-Demand will be out for days at a time. There is never any issues with the cable modem service over the same cable line. I find it hard to believe that they have capacity problems since those never existed under PassPort.
