Im sorry i could not find a place for this question. I have Dish with a VIP222 and when i look at the audio out i have a few options and dont know what to set it to. Receiver - onkyo 506? (its the 5100) hooked up via HDMI for video and optical for audio.

The options are
Dolby digital/pcm
dolby digital only
pcm only

AND
Line mode
RF mode

Go with DD/PCM, the AV receiver should be able to handle both. Can't comment on the other section, go with whatever it defaulted to.
