I have a Hitachi 51F510 CRT RPTV that is producing severe haloing on black backgrounds when bright images are on the opposite side (or corner) of the screen.

I just finished a complete lens cleaning (with Mr. Bob's assistance) and, just yesterday, I received my order of duvetyne and completely lined the inside. Only the lenses are visible...everything else is black. Anyway, I thought this would resolve the haloing but it is just as intense as it was when I first noticed it after the lens cleaning.

Is there anyway to solve this after you've already blacked out the entire set?
