I have a Samsung HLS5687
My television hsa developed this bit of a light spot on the screen. Well, it is not on the screen, i know that. Lets see if i can explain
When it is a darker scene, a light/faded spot is there, but it changes shape as the picture progresses. It makes me think there is like dust or something on part of the light or color wheel?
It is really only noticable in dark scenes, but is starting to annoy me. It is practicaly directly on the screen where the light is but flucutates in size and shape.
Can anyone give me an idea what this is and if it is something I can fix without having to cal and schedule some warranty work. I got an extended 3 year warranty about 1 1/2 years back.
