Hi,
You guys have helped me a lot before in various topics, and once again I need help. My friend got a great deal on a 52" Samsung on the NBC shop channel. After about 10 days, they told him they are out of stock and because it was in the contract they can no longer get him the tv.
In other words, I am helping him look for a 40-52" 1080p (any model/brand) tv. Best deal possible, between $1000-$1500. I'm assuming the best way to go is DLP as it will save a lot of money over an LCD or plasma, so he can get the size he is looking for. As of right now, he only has a Nintendo Wii, but may someday buy a ps3. He also has a DVD player and cable box that will connect to it.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions! I'll research the prices if you can think of good value tv's around $1500.
Thanks,
Pat
