So I have this equipment from my grandfather. Very nice stuff, just need to know what you think is the best settings to use.

Mains- Polk SRS 3.1TL -3db 32hz-25khz
Center- Polk CS350-LS -3db 60hz-25khz
Sides- Polk LS f/x -3db 50hz-24khz
Rears- Polk RM101 -3db 130hz-20khz
Sub- Polk PSW505 -3db 28hz-125hz

Using a Pioneer VSX-74TXVi receiver and the auto calibration modes works wonders on my room, but need to know if I should leave the speakers at what it detected, and what is the recommended crossover?

Mains, Center, Sides=Large
Rear=Small

Since your subwoofer goes lower than all of your speakers, set ALL of them to small. Set the crossover to 100Hz since your rear speakers don't go down to 80Hz.
