I just got the 52xbr6 and love it, however when I watch any of the movie (HBO, Stars, Max, ect) channels in HD the audio is behind by a good 1.5 seconds or so, regular HD programs seem to be about .5 seconds behind. I have RCN cable with a dct3416 cable box hooked up via HDMI 1.3a.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place for this post, if that is the case any guidance as where to go would be great!

TIA

HD audio can be a little wacky, so it may be an issue with HBO. It can also be due to the video processing in your TV. Most TV's take a split second or longer to process the video, so the audio doesn't always match the video.

1. Are other channels giving you the issue? If not, it's HBO.
2. Try turning Game Mode on. This reduces the amount of video processing.
3. If you have a receiver, you may be able to adjust the audio delay.

HBO is the worst, on some channels it varies. Thanks for the advice!
