Hey guys,
I have a PSB Subsonic 6 subwoofer that I bought to match my Image 6T's, 9C, and 2B speakers. Since day one it always had a little hum to it. I tried a ground plug and that didn't help it. It was hard to hear it so I just ignored it. Well the amp finally died and now it wont turn on at all. I called PSB for a replacement amp but they wanted a ton of money.
Here are my options.
1. Get it fixed. Any of you guys know a good place I could send the amp for repair?
2. Order a replacement amp and make a mounting plate to fit the original opening.
3. Buy a new sub all together.
I'd like to get it fixed since it was nice to have the complete set but if you guys can make suggestions on what sub I could replace it with for 400 or less I'd consider that too.
Thanks,
Chad
