This projector was featured as a gift idea in Sound and Vision Magazine, December issue. It is great for projecting a large image from a short distance. I couldn't find any reviews on it but bought it anyway. It took 5 minutes to set up on my coffee table with my 84" Elite 1.1 gain portable Pull-up screen. We watched Get Smart via HDMI (Blu-Ray) from my Samsung BD-P1200. It was great!

I can't be the only one with this projector. If you are out there, post your thoughts, ideas and tweaks. Also let us know how you are using it. (I'm thinking mobile potluck/movie night!)

Do you have any advice on this projector? It's a projector that I am currently looking at. I'd need some advice to gear me to decide whether or not to get the BenQ MP 522 or the MP 512. It's going to be for educational purposes - middle school classroom. So the content is all powerpoint slides and it does not need audio. A laptop will be hooked onto the projector so that is no problem, if audio is ever needed, the laptop should do, if not then I always have an extra set of 2.0 speakers I can easily link up with.
