I have a 24 inch sony tv model KV-24FS100. The tv clicks on but nothing happens except the standby/timer light flashes 4 times. What does this mean and can the tv be repaired? I do know that the color was acting odd before this happened.

I believe the 4 blink code is a vertical deflection problem. Usually vertical output IC and maybe other associated components. Yes, it can be fixed, but cost may exceed the value of the set. Depending on the shop involved and expertise, it can run anywhere from $100-175. May be time for a new set.
