I am looking at a private owner selling a used Pioneer Elite 1140hd or a new Panasonic PX80u. Can get both for about the same price. I checked out the Pioneer and its in very nice condition. Also checked the hours and it only has 2270 hours on it. Also comes with a wall mount. Obviously there wont be any warranty on it versus the Panny which is brand new. I have the 1150hd Elite. Are there big differences between the two? Any suggestions or info is appreciated.

Are there big differences between the two? Any suggestions or info is appreciated.The 1140 does not have very good black levels, and I'd probably go with the PX80u rather than the 1140. It isn't a kuro, and it just isn't as good (probably) as the PX80U
