I assume when you say PC you are talking about a desktop computer
Your PC needs to have a graphics card or integrated graphics that supports dual display
If not you can either buy a graphics card that does or buy one these Matrox DualHead2Go boxes that will allow you to extend your desktop across your TV and the monitor

Iam not good in electronics/pc stuff, so please bear with my questions. How to check which graphics card i need to buy. Is there a video card which support HDMI?
