Plenty of copies at my local Fry's and on E-bay. It must be a New Yorker thing! :)

Sorry, but when this title is available on-line for any or all etailers, then it's not really news worthy....nor does it really fall within the "AVS Focus", which is the tech. side of the format and HT in general.
