Anyone know why I cant get this remote to learn the volume function on this TV ? It learns the power but nothing else

Hmm, I've never had a problem learning any functions to my MX-500 from any device...don't any of the codes for Samsung TVs work, at least for volume?

Just a follow up .I had it programmed for a punch through so it wouldnt take until I programmed it in the punch menu .
