As a fairly happy owner of a Panny 2000 I'm wondering if some of the persistent complaints against Panasonic projectors in the past few years are really issues with the new Epson units.

Specifically, problems with;

1) dust blobs
2) non-uniform color
3) non-uniform brightness
4) less than razor sharp images

Any information on these potential issues from current Epson owners would be appreciated.

Sorry but I respectively disagree. Some of the master threads are hundreds if not thousands of posts deep, with probably 99% of the posts having nothing to do with my specific requests.

I think it's a bit early to be asking about dust globs... While I am curious about the answer I think people may have to own the PJ for more then a couple days... the tw4000 thread may be a good place to ask tho
