Happy New Year..... some Harmony One issues

I'm having an issue with my Harmony One not powering up my TV for an activity. In a nutshell, I'm doing the following:

Watch DirectTV
- power up TV
- power up AV receiver
- power up HR21 (this is set to always be on for recording purposes)
- set input on TV
- set input on AV receiver

Watch Bluray
- power up TV
- power up AV receiver
- turn on Nyko remote (used with PS3 dongle, I power the PS3 up manually)
- set input on TV
- set input on AV receiver

The DirectTV activity works great. The Bluray activity fails to power up my TV. If I'm currently watching TV and then select the Bluray activity, I don't have an issue as the TV is already powered up. It is from a cold start of the Bluray activity that the TV won't power up.

I have discrete ON/OFF power on my Panasonic plasma. I have it set to shut off when not used in an activity. I'm stumped, any help appreciated.

I would delete the activity and start over. That seems to solve several issues like this in the Harmony One thread.
