I would choose the HSU STF-1, it has a proven trackk record.

I just returned the Definitive Technology SuperCube I for an SVS PB12-Plus. The SuperCube did sound good, but did not have much deep bass. It did have tight, clean, mid to low bass. For the money, you could do much better than the Dev Tech (IMO). :)
