This concerns the UK/EU edition of Street Kings. I use a Panasonic DMP-BD30 (fw 2.1) and a Denon 3808, HDMI connected. The disc is supposed to have a DTS MA track (both in menu and cover), but still the reciever flags it as DTS HI-RES. I have no problem decoding other DTS MA titles.

The PS3 (that has better display options than the Panny) reveals the sound track to be "DTS HD HR". Did the UK release lose out on the MA track or is it just wrongly flagged by FOX UK.

Is it just me, or has anybody else experienced this problem on Street Kings?

I think even I,Robot (Spanish Import) featured DTS-HD HR at 3 Mbps instead of MA. Might have been done to accommodate multiple dubs.

The US is MA so I would think it's just a flagging issue.

It's not Fox UK's first sign of incompetence...
