Here's an odd question -- I purchased an MX-810 this weekend from an authorized dealer. When I opened the box, the "baggie" that the remote was in was open and the power cord appeared to be hand-wrapped (and not tied like most power cords are).

Does it seem likely that I was sold an used/open-box return remote, rather than the new one that was promised?
